Thank you for shopping with us. Each item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand production partners. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and tags, if applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Personalized and Print-on-Demand Products
Because our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Buyer’s remorse
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and customization details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If the item is determined to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Because our products are custom-made, orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
